Boutique Hotel in the 12th Arrondissement, Renovated in 2023
Boutique Hotel Renovated in 2023
Hotel Le Daum opened after a full renovation in 2023, with a retro chic design that combines soft colors and original artworks. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street in the 12th arrondissement, close to Gare de Lyon, Bercy Village, and Bois de Vincennes. Guests are a 3-minute walk from Daumesnil Metro Station, which provides direct access to the Eiffel Tower via line 6 and the Opéra Garnier via line 8.
Fully Renovated Rooms with Smart TVs
All rooms are equipped with a smart TV that allows guests to connect to their Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ subscriptions. Each room also includes free WiFi and air conditioning. The hotel offers rooms with a choice of configurations, including Superior Double, Comfort Double, and Comfort Single rooms, all designed with a retro chic aesthetic.
Quiet Neighborhood with Excellent Transport Links
The 12th arrondissement is the preferred area for travelers visiting Paris, according to independent guest reviews, due to its proximity to public transport and central attractions. The hotel is within walking distance of two metro stations (Daumesnil and Michel Bizot) and is also close to bus lines. Nearby attractions include Bois de Vincennes, Palais Omnisports Paris-Bercy, and the Louvre Museum, all reachable by metro.
Continental Breakfast and 24-Hour Reception
A daily continental breakfast is served in the lobby, featuring local ingredients such as fresh croissants and cheeses. Complimentary coffee and tea are available for guests at all times from a machine in the reception area. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, and a shared lounge with a TV area.
Artwork by Georges Rousse
Hotel Le Daum displays an original work by French artist Georges Rousse, who has received multiple distinctions for his architectural interventions. Rousse's piece creates an anamorphosis-a trompe l'oeil that transforms the perception of the space. This art installation is a permanent part of the hotel's décor.
